Fox Rothschild LLP would like to congratulate Partner Linda Rhone Enion on her recent appointment as State Chair of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) for Pennsylvania.
Established in 1949, ACTEC is a nonprofit association of approximately 2,600 lawyers peer-elected to membership based upon substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law.
Enion is an experienced practitioner who adeptly handles an array of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters. She advises individual and corporate fiduciaries, resolves Orphans’ Court matters and provides charitable planning and counseling for tax exempt organizations. She serves as one of the co-course planners for the Estate Law Institute and regularly lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on a range of topics, including exit strategies for trusts, the Uniform Trust Act, charitable planning, planning with retirement benefits and federal and state death tax return preparation.
Enion received her J.D. from Case Western University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Dickinson College.
