Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Robert C. Nagle as a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Department in the Philadelphia office.
For employers facing traditional labor relations issues, Nagle regularly handles collective bargaining, union organizing and elections, arbitrations, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and state labor relations boards. He represents an array of clients, including those in the health care, hospitality, higher education, manufacturing, retail and securities brokerage industries, in a wide range of labor and employment law matters.

Nagle also assists clients in drafting, negotiating and enforcing non-compete and non-solicit agreements, including representing employers and employees in injunction litigation involving restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets and other claims arising under employment agreements or federal or state law. Additionally, he advises employers on properly drafting employment agreements, employee handbooks and provides guidance on day-to-day human resources matters.
Nagle previously served as designated counsel for labor and employment issues for the HR Council of the Delaware League of Credit Unions.
Nagle received his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law and his B.S. from Vanderbilt University.
Prior to joining Fox, Nagle was a partner at Saul Ewing LLP, where he served as chair of its Traditional Labor Relations practice.
