Fox’s Alexander Radus Appointed to Godfrey Daniels’ Board of Directors

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Alexander S. Radus has been appointed to the Godfrey Daniels board of directors. Radus also serves on Godfrey’s Fund Development Committee.

Founded in 1976, Godfrey Daniels is an internationally recognized nonprofit music listening room based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. With nearly 300 members, Godfrey’s supports traditional and contemporary folk music and performing arts through the “Godfrey’s Experience;” that is, the presentation of live musical performances in a comfortable and spontaneous environment, accessible to all ages and backgrounds.

An associate with the firm, Radus handles a range of corporate matters with an emphasis on entity formation, management and growth; commercial contract negotiation; mergers and acquisitions; seed, angel and venture capital transactions; and franchising.

Radus advises on, negotiates, analyzes and drafts documentation for a variety of transactions, including stock purchase agreements; asset purchase agreements; stockholder agreements; limited liability company operating agreements; limited partnership agreements; stock restriction and repurchase agreements; right of first refusal agreements; employment agreements; and supply and distribution agreements.

Radus earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Temple University.
