Fox’s Elizabeth Hampton Elected to Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth J. Hampton, counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, was appointed to a three-year term on the board of directors for the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Hampton was honored at a "Changing of the Guard" ceremony on January 21, 2016 to recognize her appointment to the board.

Established in 1959, the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce engages individuals, businesses throughout Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset Counties. The organization provides opportunities for business development and growth and offers a collective voice on public policy issues affecting business.

Hampton has spent more than 20 years assisting clients with various business-related litigation issues—including employment law, shareholder litigation, probate and construction litigation—developing strategies tailored to their national and international needs. She provides a range of services, including agreement preparation, sale and purchase arrangements and litigation counseling for a variety of businesses.

She also represents partnerships, limited partnerships and companies and joint ventures in disputes regarding fiduciary duties, valuation, misappropriation and dissolution.

Hampton earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
