Fox’s J. Benjamin Nevius To Serve on Berks County Discovery Court Program

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partner J. Benjamin Nevius has been selected by the Board of Judges of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas to serve as a discovery master for the Berks County Discovery Court Program, effective November 2015.

Nevius is an experienced civil litigator and business counselor with significant first-chair experience representing and advising individuals, families, physicians, lenders, public institutions and businesses - from family-run operations to multinational corporations.

In addition to his representation of private clients, Nevius represents multiple public school districts, municipalities, boards, and quasi-municipal corporations in matters involving real estate (zoning, assessment and local taxation), administrative procedure, records requirements, conflicts and ethics, Pennsylvania Right to Know Law and Sunshine Law obligations and construction planning and disputes.

Already an active member of his community, Nevius is on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Berks County and he serves as chairman of the Oley Township Zoning Hearing Board. Further, he is an active member of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Chamber’s Community Task Force.

Nevius received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from Elizabethtown College in 2001.
