Fox’s Jean Durling Named President-Elect of NALP®May 23, 2014 – Press Releases
Jean A. Durling, Chief Talent Officer with Fox Rothschild LLP, has been named the 2014-2015 President-Elect of the National Association for Law Placement, Inc. (NALP). Durling will ascend to a one-year term as President of the association in April 2015.

For more than 40 years, NALP has played an essential role in the success of its members and the lawyers and law students they serve. The association has more than 2,500 legal career professionals who advise law students, lawyers, law offices and law schools in North America and beyond.

An active member of NALP for many years, Durling has served on the board of directors and on numerous committees, including the Nominating Committee and Bylaws Committee, as a regional coordinator and as a speaker at numerous conferences.
At Fox, Durling has responsibility for the firm's Professional Recruitment, Professional Development and Human Resources departments. She provides strategic advice to the firm's leadership on the development of programs and policies that will allow the firm to recruit and retain the most talented attorneys and staff. Durling also works to ensure that the recruiting, retention, diversity, professional development, benefits and staff administration policies and programs are integrated and aligned to support the firm's strategic agenda.
Durling is an active member of the Legal Recruitment Administrators of Philadelphia, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Professional Development Consortium and the Greater Philadelphia Human Resource Group.
A graduate of Miami University, with a B.S. in accounting, Durling has SPHR Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute; Professional Human Resource Management Certification from Villanova University; and Paralegal Certification, Litigation Management, from the Philadelphia Institute.
