Fox’s Mary Helf Receives Women in Business Leadership Award

The Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce has selected Mary C. Helf, Senior Counsel at Fox Rothschild LLP, as the recipient of the 2016 Women in Business Leadership Award. This annual award is bestowed upon an individual who has made significant contributions both to the growth of her specific business and to the Bucks County region. It recognizes the recipient’s ideas, vision, hard work and ongoing community support as well as actions that have led to an increase in the stature, reputation and significance of the Bucks County region.

Active in the community, Helf is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Pearl S. Buck International and a Trustee of the James A. Michener Museum of Art. She also serves on the Planned Giving Committee of Doylestown Hospital. Her past service includes the Springfield Township Community Foundation, the Jenkintown Theatre Campaign Committee, the Michener Museum’s Corporate Partners Advisory Board and Women’s Way. Helf regularly advises board members and executives of numerous local charities on planned giving issues and strategies, and she has spoken to many local civic, business and religious groups on various estate planning topics.

At Fox Helf was a founding partner of its Bucks County office. She concentrated her legal practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration, including Wills and Trusts, guardianships, power of attorney, tax, Medicaid planning and marriage planning. Helf earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
