Fox’s San Francisco Offices Merge Into Downtown LocationNovember 10, 2014 – Press Releases
Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce that effective November 10, its two San Francisco offices, previously located on Pine Street and Front Street, will consolidate into a larger space in the heart of the financial district at 345 California Street, Suite 2200.
The new office, housed in a LEED Gold and Energy Star Rated building, consists of more than 17,000 square feet, four conference rooms and about 40 offices.
“As the firm continues to grow, both locally and nationally, we wanted to position ourselves to better streamline our services for our clients in the Bay area and beyond. Having all of our attorneys in one office location will allow us to do just that,” said Keith Chrestionson, Fox’s San Francisco office managing partner.
Earlier this year, Fox expanded its Northern California presence through a merger with San Francisco-based MBV Law, adding six partners and one associate at Front Street who represent architects, engineers and other design professionals in a range of corporate, employment, real estate, intellectual property and commercial litigation matters.
Fox’s Pine Street office, which opened in 2006, is home to attorneys who handle a wide range of corporate, labor and employment, financial restructuring and bankruptcy, intellectual property, municipal insolvency, litigation and real estate issues.
