Mark Levinson, co-chair of the financial services industry practice at Fox Rothschild LLP, will speak at the IMN Third Annual Real Estate General Counsels Forum (West) in Newport Beach, CA on Monday and Tuesday, May 5 and 6.

The two-day conference takes place at the Fairmont Newport Beach hotel and brings together in-house counsel of funds, REITS and operating companies with discussions tailored toward the current issues general counsel confront and the strategies they employ to meet those challenges successfully.

Levinson will moderate the panel “SEC and RAI Registration” on May 5 at 4:20 p.m. Speakers will consider the impact of Dodd-Frank’s requirements on investment advisors and audits.
