Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Margaret J. Davino as a partner in the firm’s Health Law Practice Group in the New York and New Jersey offices.
Former general counsel to hospitals and medical centers in New York and New Jersey, Davino is a skilled advocate for clients facing an array of health care law matters, including transactional, compliance, contractual, corporate, regulatory and risk management issues.
Davino is the immediate past chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Health Law Section and also serves on the board of the New Jersey Bar Association's Health Law Section. She has been included in Super Lawyers for health law in New York each year since 2007.

Davino earned her J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law, her B.S.N. from the University of Michigan and her M.B.A. from Seton Hall University
Eric Bixler joined the firm with Davino as an associate in the Health Law Group.
Bixler advises clients on a variety of health law matters, including negotiating managed care contracts, physician employment agreements, affiliation agreements and management services agreements.
Bixler earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2011 and his B.A. from Goshen College in 2007.
Prior to joining Fox, Davino and Bixler were with Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP.
