Fox Expands Nationwide Taxation and Wealth Planning Practice with Partner Sarah Wentz in Minneapolis

March 20, 2017 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Sarah J. Wentz to the firm’s Minneapolis office as a partner in the Taxation and Wealth Planning Department.

“We are thrilled that Sarah is now part of our growing Minneapolis office,” said Brad Keil, Fox’s Minneapolis office managing partner. “Her comprehensive knowledge of estate planning and the inherent legal, tax, real estate and business issues will be invaluable for our clients, particularly those in the entertainment industry.”

Wentz joins the firm on the heels of Fox’s recent addition of six entertainment law attorneys from Minneapolis-based Lommen Abdo. Her trusts and estates background dovetails with their practice and client base. Wentz is licensed in both Minnesota and Florida, and has extensive experience advising celebrity clients on estate issues related to protection of their legacy involving their copyrights, trademarks, creative works and rights of publicity.

“Fox is known throughout the country for its sophisticated estate planning practice. We couldn’t be more excited to have Sarah join the group to expand that national estate and trust practice to our clients here in Minneapolis. Sarah will be leading the efforts to grow this national practice,” added Keil.

With a strong focus on advanced estate planning, Wentz has a wide range of experience helping clients with wills, trusts, state residency planning, corporate structures, prenuptial agreements, private and public foundations and other vehicles of estate administration. She frequently advises closely held business owners, families and individuals on the complexities of asset protection planning and succession planning.

Wentz earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Prior to joining Fox, Wentz was counsel at Barnes & Thornburg LLP.
