Fox Rothschild’s San Francisco Office Gains 3 New PartnersJune 19, 2008
Fox Rothschild LLP has announced that Keith I. Chrestionson, Jeffrey D. Polsky and Alexander J. Hernaez have joined the firm’s Labor & Employment Department as partners, resident in the San Francisco, California office. All three join the firm from Kauff, McClaine & McGuire LLP.

Chrestionson, Polsky, and Hernaez focus their practice on labor relations, employment counseling and litigation before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and various arbitration associations. They represent employers in disputes relating to claims of discrimination and harassment, trade secrets violations, wage and hour compliance, and wrongful discharge. In addition, the group advises and counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including collective bargaining, reorganizations, terminations, corrective actions, investigations, and disabilities law compliance.
Chrestionson has extensive experience in alternative methods of resolving employment disputes, especially arbitration and mediation, and serves as a San Francisco and Contra Costa County Fee Resolution Arbitrator, and as a panelist for the San Francisco County Bar Association’s Early Settlement Program. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to practice in California and before a variety of state and federal courts.
Polsky represents employers in collective bargaining, arbitrations, and National Labor Relations Board proceedings. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings, and an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to practice in California and before a variety of state and federal courts.
Hernaez also provides advice and counseling to clients in areas involving the employer-employee relationship, including negotiation of employment and severance agreements, compliance with the WARN act, and compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in California and Virginia, and before a variety of state and federal courts and agencies.
