Fox Rothschild’s Craig Styer Elected Secretary of CCEDC

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Craig A. Styer, office managing partner of the firm’s Exton office, has been elected secretary of the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC). Styer will serve a two-year term in this role.

The CCEDC is a full-service, regional economic development entity, dedicated to providing “smart growth” business services to companies in Chester County and the proximate region. The organization has provided business services to companies in Chester County and the surrounding region for more than 50 years.

A lifelong resident of Chester County with a deep commitment to the community, Styer also serves in leadership roles for other area organizations, including as President of the Chester County Bar Association and board member of the Chester County Chamber Foundation.

Styer solves business problems, successfully representing a variety of clients in matters involving shareholder disputes, real estate, insurance coverage, probate litigation and complex business litigation. He also represents clients with employment issues, including restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of employment agreements and unfair business practices. Within the firm, Styer served as Administrative Chair of the Litigation Department in the Exton office, and as a member of the firm's Partnership Advancement Committee.
