Daniel V. Madrid, attorney in the Princeton office of Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently inducted as an Officer of the Philippine American Friendship Committee, Inc. (PAFCOM) at a ceremony held at the City Hall of Jersey City, NJ on December 9. Madrid will serve the organization as the Vice Chairperson of Growth Programs.

PAFCOM is a Filipino-American community development organization that focuses on community service, involvement and awareness. PAFCOM’s vision is to increase membership and community involvement from all age groups, generate additional corporate sponsorships towards its mission and extend outreach beyond Jersey City to foster a more inter-connected and vibrant Filipino-American community.

Madrid is an experienced commercial real estate attorney with a broad transactional and land development background. He represents large and middle market companies in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties as well as borrowers, banks, private lenders and financial institutions on traditional and securitized loan transactions. Madrid has developed experience in documenting and closing tax credit transactions and has advised companies on the use of the Urban Transit Hub Tax Credit, the New Markets Tax Credit and New Jersey Economic Redevelopment Growth Grants.
