Fox Rothschild’s David Jaffe Elected Secretary of ACG Pittsburgh

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that David A. Jaffe, partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, has been elected secretary of the Association of Corporate Growth, Pittsburgh (ACG). Jaffe, who was elected to ACG’s board of directors in May 2012, is serving a year-long term in this new role that began in May 2015.

Founded in 1954, ACG is a global organization with 56 chapters and more than 14,000 members who invest in growth and build companies. Members include private equity professionals, investment bankers and intermediaries, attorneys, auditors and accountants, lenders, corporate development officers and company leaders focused on the middle market.

Jaffe is a business transactions lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, corporate finance, corporate governance, securities offerings and distressed company transactions. For more than 20 years, he has counseled middle market businesses, emerging growth companies, public corporations and boards of directors in these transactions and has served as an advisor on general corporate and commercial matters.

Jaffe received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994, his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business in 1990 and his B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986.
