Fox Rothschild’s Jaffe Elected to Association for Corporate Growth Board of Directors

David A. Jaffe, a partner with the Pittsburgh office of Fox Rothschild LLP, has been elected to the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth in Pittsburgh.

Founded in 1954, ACG is a global organization with 56 chapters and more than 14,000 members who invest in growth and build companies. Members include private equity professionals, investment bankers and intermediaries, attorneys, auditors and accountants, lenders, corporate development officers and company leaders who are focused on the middle market.

Jaffe concentrates his practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and distressed company transactions. He represents clients in venture capital and private equity, including representation of control parties, investors, and management groups in leveraged acquisitions. He also handles domestic and international private placements as well as turnarounds and debt restructuring transactions.

Jaffe received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994, his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business in 1990 and his B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986.
