Fox Rothschild’s Mark Levinson Joins the ACG 101 Board of Directors

Mark Levinson, a corporate and securities partner in Fox Rothschild’s Los Angeles office and co-chair of the firm’s Financial Services Industry Practice Group, was appointed to the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) 101 Corridor Board of Directors, effective November 1, 2015.

Members include business leaders who are actively involved in Los Angeles and the Westlake/Thousand Oaks region. ACG membership is comprised of private equity professionals, investment bankers and intermediaries, attorneys, accountants, lenders and company leaders focused on the middle market.

Cardozo School of Law, is a seasoned corporate attorney with more than three decades of experience representing and guiding clients in a wide range of strategic corporate, securities, real estate and financing transactions, with a particular focus in municipal finance.
