Fox Rothschild’s Matthew Adams Named Co-Chair of NJSBA’s Privacy Law Section

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew S. Adams, a partner in the firm’s Roseland office, has been named co-chair of the Privacy Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).

In this role, Adams will work alongside his co-chair and the active membership of the Privacy Law Section to ensure that the group provides a forum for discussion and information about the sophisticated and practical concepts of privacy law, information security and data protection and how they impact a variety of applications from global commerce to the rights of those who stand accused of crimes.

Adams has significant experience in emerging issues involving the intersection of the law and technology, including the cutting-edge and increasingly relevant areas of e-discovery, digital privacy, social networking and other hot button topics that are a consequence of the digitalization of today’s world. Adams practices in the areas of commercial civil litigation and white-collar criminal and regulatory defense. He actively litigates in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, regulatory bodies and in alternate dispute resolution forums throughout the United States.
