Fox Rothschild’s Pittsburgh Office Gains Patent Agent

Fox Rothschild’s Intellectual Property Department is pleased to welcome Patent Agent Michael Montgomery to the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Montgomery, who was previously resident in the firm’s Princeton office, has significant patent drafting, prosecution and portfolio management experience in the biotechnological, pharmaceutical and chemical art fields. He also has experience providing support for IP litigation and corporate due diligence matters, such as assisting with patent landscape analyses, construction of claim charts, creation of patent family charts, assisting with opinion letter drafting and drafting memoranda on a wide variety of procedural and substantive legal issues.
