Fox Rothschild’s Wendy Rothstein Appointed to House of Delegates for Pennsylvania Bar Association

Wendy G. Rothstein, partner in the Blue Bell office of Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently appointed to the House of Delegates for the Pennsylvania Bar Association by The Honorable Carolyn Carluccio, President of the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Created in 1966, The House of Delegates is the body charged with setting the policy of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. The House has the authority to judge the election and qualifications of its own members, controls all membership dues and approves increases. All voting rights of PBA members are exercised through the House, including the right to vote on matters affecting the substance and administration of PBA policy, on amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or the Bylaws.

Rothstein’s diverse litigation practice includes commercial and business litigation; alternative dispute resolution, including commercial arbitrations and mediation; employment litigation involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, fiduciary duties, defending employers in employment discrimination suits and defending wage and hour claims; and real estate, tax assessment and land use and zoning litigation.

Rothstein is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations and serves as the Vice Chair of the Bench Bar Committee, and is a member of the Judiciary and Civil Rules Committees of the Montgomery County Bar Association. She has served as a court-appointed Discovery Master since 2001. She earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1982 and her B.S. from Temple University in 1978, graduating cum laude from both.
