Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce new leadership in six of its locations effective April 1, as part of its normal rotation of office managing partners.
New office managing partners will take the reins in the following locations:
- Atlantic City: Eileen Oakes Muskett
- New York: Janet M. MacLeod, Ph.D.
- Philadelphia: Stephanie Resnick
- Pittsburgh: Jay D. Marinstein
- Washington, DC: Reginald M. Jones
- West Palm Beach: Robert J. Sacco

The new group of leaders succeeds Michael J. Viscount, Jr. (Atlantic City), Michael I. Slapo (New York), Michael G. Menkowitz (Philadelphia), William L. Stang (Pittsburgh), Dirk D. Haire (Washington, DC) and Amy S. Rubin (West Palm Beach).
The new OMPs are leaders in their practices and communities as well:
Eileen Oakes Muskett: Muskett has an extensive litigation practice that encompasses mass tort, products liability, pharmaceutical and employment litigation. She has been involved in representing some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies in mass tort litigation involving blockbuster drugs.
Janet M. MacLeod, Ph.D.: MacLeod is the leader of the Patent Prosecution & Transactions Practice Group at the firm. She focuses her practice on the worldwide acquisition and enforcement of patents in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical arts. She has extensive experience in all areas of patent practice, including preparation, prosecution and portfolio management.
Stephanie Resnick: A business trial lawyer, Resnick is chair of the firm’s Directors’ & Officers’ Liability & Corporate Governance Practice Group, is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and previously chaired the firm-wide Litigation Department. Resnick is consistently ranked among the top litigators and is lauded by her colleagues and peers for her strategic handling of high-stakes, complex business disputes in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and beyond.
Jay D. Marinstein: Marinstein leads the firm’s commercial litigation group in Pittsburgh. He serves midsize to large publicly and privately held for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations in complex and high-stakes commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
Reggie Jones: Jones serves as chair of the firm’s Federal Government Contracts and Procurement Practice Group. He has a well-established federal and commercial construction litigation and compliance practice with a focus on large, complex claims prosecution and defense.
Robert J. Sacco: Sacco leads the firm’s intellectual property group in West Palm Beach. He has a broad range of experience in complex domestic and foreign patent prosecution, licensing and counseling issues in the technical fields of electronics, communications, mechanical systems and physics.
