Attorneys from the law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP were lauded by the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) at its annual President’s Dinner held March 3. Stephanie Nolan Deviney was honored with the 2010 President’s Award and Levin V. Czubaroff received the 2010 Service Award for his pro bono construction contract work related to the renovation of the CCBA’s building.
Deviney, a member of the firm’s litigation and construction practices, represents contractors and subcontractors in commercial litigation matters, including construction lien claims, mechanic’s liens, bond liens and delay damages. Active in the community, she serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Pennsylvania State University. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Villa Maria Academy Alumnae Association and the Villa Maria Academy Parent Advisory Board. Deviney received her J.D. from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1997 and is the secretary/treasurer of her alma mater’s General Alumni Association as well as president of the Delchester Chapter of the Association. She earned her B.A. from the University of Richmond in 1994.
Czubaroff, a member of the firm’s construction and corporate departments, advises developers, owners, design professionals, contractors and subcontractors on a wide array of construction and real estate matters for public and private construction and real estate development projects, which include, among other items, preparing and negotiating design professional and construction contracts. He is a member of the board of directors of the Lionville Community YMCA. Czubaroff earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law and his A.B. cum laude from Bowdoin College.
