Thorstad-Forsyth, attorneys in the West Palm Beach office of Fox Rothschild LLP, will speak at the South Florida Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s 3rd Annual CLE Conference “The Real In-House Counsel of South Florida.”
The conference features six hours of CLE courses and will be held the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL on September 20 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

A member of the Litigation Department at Fox Rothschild, Greene focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation matters involving banking, title insurance, real estate and construction litigation. He also has experience in franchise litigation, securities disputes, physician group dissolutions and other business disputes. Greene regularly handles litigation matters for banks, title insurance companies and their insureds, merchant services providers, franchisees and building contractors. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1996 and his B.B.A., with honors, from the University of Miami in 1993.
Office Managing Partner of the West Palm Beach office and certified specialist in Civil Trial and Business Litigation Law by The Florida Bar, Rubin focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has a diverse practice, which encompasses contract disputes, real estate, loan workouts, probate litigation, actions brought under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Title VII, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), trade secret and restrictive covenant cases involving non-compete agreements. She also handles general bank operational litigation matters. Rubin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law and her B.A., with honors, from University of Maryland.
Sacco has a broad range of experience in complex domestic and foreign patent prosecution, licensing and counseling issues in the technical fields of electronics, communications, mechanical systems and physics. He represents clients ranging from leaders in the global communications market to major defense contractors. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Technology.
Stibolt concentrates her litigation practice in matters involving business disputes, labor and employment, product liability and mass torts. She regularly counsels clients in commercial litigation matters, defends and counsels management in labor and employment litigation matters and represents manufacturers in matters of product liability litigation. Since 2002, Stibolt has served on the Board of Directors of Opportunity, Inc., and she founded the Young Friends of Opportunity in which she served as its chair from 2003 to 2008 and currently serves on its executive committee. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School and her B.A. from the University of Maryland.
Thorstad-Forsyth focuses her practice on the preparation and prosecution of design patent applications and utility patent applications related to electronic and mechanical systems. Her areas of patent experience include digital and analog electronic circuits; computer software and hardware; data security software; cryptography; terrestrial-based and space-based communications systems; wireless telecommunications; radio frequency (RF) devices; consumer electronics devices and components; business and Internet methods; home automation systems; satellite imagery; mechanical devices;and document management systems and methods. She earned her J.D. from New England School of Law and her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
