In a move that significantly expands its West Palm Beach presence, Fox Rothschild LLP has welcomed several intellectual property, real estate and wealth management professionals to the office.
“We are thrilled to welcome this talented group, which effectively grows Fox’s West Palm office by nearly 25 percent,” said Office Managing Partner Amy S. Rubin.
Firmwide managing partner Mark L. Silow echoed Rubin’s sentiments, saying, “While our firm continues to strategically expand its national footprint, we believe it is important to ensure each geographic location is filled with top-notch talent who can service clients in a wide range of matters.”
Since its opening in 2005, and now home to 26 attorneys, Fox’s West Palm Beach office has been a hub of development, providing clients with a wide range of legal services. The firm was named among the “Top Firms” in the region by the South Florida Legal Guide.
The office’s newest members are:
- Donald P. Dufresne, Partner, Real Estate
- David I. Greenbaum, Partner, Intellectual Property
- Michael A. Hyett, Partner, Taxation and Wealth Planning
- Gregory A. Nelson, Partner, Intellectual Property

“IP is a strong area for us — in Florida and nationwide,” Silow said. “The experience that David, Gregory and Amy bring to the firm perfectly complements and augments our existing IP capabilities.”
“Donald’s background in real estate transactions and financing work for agricultural, commercial and residential properties, along with his niche work in equine law, will benefit our clients nationwide,” he added.
Silow noted that Hyett joins as part of a three-attorney team from Rothenberg Hyett Eisen & Lang, P.A., which had offices in Boca Raton, FL, and Atlantic City, NJ.
“This team enhances our range of practice areas offered in South Florida, which includes litigation, intellectual property, taxation and wealth planning, labor and employment, real estate, financial restructuring, bankruptcy and family law,” Rubin said.
