February 18, 2013 – Press Releases
The Fox Rothschild Center for Law and Society at Community College of Philadelphia will host a variety of legal events for the 14th Annual Law and Society Week, which runs from February 25 to March 1, 2013.

The week of legal events, designed for students of the Community College of Philadelphia and the local community, will offer lectures, presentations, art exhibits, legal resources and more.

Notable events include a reporters’ panel discussion, a presentation on the investigation and arrest of the “Kensington Strangler,” a discussion on the connection between “sexting” and risky sexual behavior and the impact of digital evidence on criminal investigations.

Events will be held at the Community College’s Main Campus and Regional Centers and will be broadcast on Comcast channel 53 and FIOS channel 21. Many programs have been certified for continuing legal education credits in Pennsylvania.

Dedicated in November 2010, The Fox Rothschild Center for Law and Society provides a structure for the ongoing support of law-related disciplines in the context of their connections to broader societal issues. The Center encompasses several academic programs and fosters a variety of projects and events for both the College family and the broader community.
