Fox Rothschild Continues Merger Streak

September 10, 2007

Fox Rothschild LLP announced that Ely Goldin has joined the firm's Business Litigation Practice Area as a partner.

"Ely has experience as a business litigator in both the state and federal courts," said Stephanie Resnick, co-chair of the Litigation Department. "In addition to his trial experience, Ely has a strong background in business litigation and insurance insolvency–which makes for an ideal addition to our department. We are delighted that he's chosen to join us, and we look forward to adding his knowledge and talent to our practice."

Goldin, who had previously co-founded the center-city litigation boutique Grayson & Goldin, P.C. before going into solo practice, concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Fluent in Russian, Goldin has focused part of his practice on the needs of the Russian immigrant population.

"Joining Fox will enable me to offer my clients the resources they need without losing that personal touch that has helped me to build a thriving practice," said Goldin. "This is the right move for me, and for my clients."

Goldin was listed as one of the "50 of the Fast Track" by the Legal Intelligencer in 2002, and is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1995) and the State University of New York at Albany (B.A. 1992). Goldin is admitted to practice is Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before a variety of U.S. District and Appeals courts.
