Neal J. Levitsky was quoted in the Delaware Law Weekly article “Fox Rothschild Expands Wilmington Office Space.” While the full text can be found in the April 30, 2014, issue of Delaware Law Weekly, a synopsis is noted below.

Fox Rothschild has moved into a larger space in the firm’s downtown Wilmington office. Fox has relocated in the building and now occupies 19,842 square feet on the building’s third and second floors.

“It’s a more modern configuration,” said Levitsky, the managing partner of the firm’s Wilmington office. “We have larger conference rooms that allows for more integration in the bankruptcy group with our other offices. We think it’s important to have all the attorneys connected.”

Levitsky said the increased space will enable the law firm to expand.

“We would like to continue with growing our office,” he said. “We are having conversations with laterals and seen a nice uptick in lateral activity in the last few months.”
