Fox Rothschild Forms E-Discovery Practice

July 22, 2013 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce the formation of its E-Discovery Practice Group.

“The increasing demands in e-discovery in litigation, combined with our expanding knowledge in the area, made way for the formalization of this practice,” said Fox partner and litigator Joshua M. Hummel, who will serve as chair of the new group. “The practice brings together attorneys from across our national network of 18 offices and solidifies our commitment to assisting clients in e-discovery and efficiently managing the risks and costs associated with electronically stored information in litigation.”

As the legal and technological landscapes continue to evolve, Fox is committed to guiding its clients through the challenges and risks associated with the preservation, collection, review and production of electronically stored information (ESI), striving not only for e-discovery compliance, but also, for proportionality and cost-effectiveness.

Attorneys will provide clients across many different industries and in various types of litigation and pre-litigation matters across the United States and internationally with assistance through all stages of the e-discovery litigation process, as well as services in litigation readiness and ESI management.
