Howard Bregman, Gary Dunkel and Amy Rubin were mentioned in the Law360 article “Fox Rothschild Lands 2 Fla. Greenberg Traurig Attys.” While the full text can be found in the September 18, 2013 issue of Law360, a synopsis is noted below.

Two former Greenberg Traurig attorneys, Howard Bregman and Gary M. Dunkel, have joined Fox Rothschild’s West Palm Beach office to grow its real estate and litigation practices.

Bregman will add to the real estate practice. He has 35 years of experience and has represented clients in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial projects for both office and industrial properties.

Dunkel is expanding the litigation team. His experience includes business disputes, real estate litigation, creditors’ rights, bank litigation, non-compete lawsuits, foreclosures and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. He has served as the lead attorney representing Florida Supreme Court justices in a dispute.

Amy S. Rubin, managing partner of Fox’s West Palm Beach office, said, “We know the addition of these two talented attorneys will help us to continue to provide exceptional value for our clients in South Florida.”

Both Bregman and Dunkel are actively involved in the Palm Beach community. Bregman serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Palm Beach County and the Cultural Council of Palm Beach. Dunkel is the chairman of Duke University’s Palm Beach Alumni Admissions Committee.
