Fox Rothschild LLP Welcomes Elizabeth J. Hampton

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Elizabeth J. Hampton as counsel in the Litigation Department. Hampton will practice out of the Princeton office.

Prior to joining the firm, Hampton was a founding member of Herskowitz & Hampton LLC based in New Jersey.

Hampton has been assisting clients for more than 20 years with various business-related litigation issues – including employment law, shareholder litigation, probate and restrictive covenant matters developing strategies tailored to their specific needs. She provides a range of services, including agreement preparation, sale and purchase arrangement of businesses and litigation counseling. In addition, Hampton is a certified arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey and a frequent lecturer on topics including civil trial preparation and foreclosure matters.

Hampton is also experienced in health law matters. Clients – including general practitioners, dentists, therapists, psychologists, chiropractors and specialists – depend on her deep understanding of the complex regulations surrounding the medical profession and her extensive knowledge pertaining to practice formation, employment contracts, partnership agreements, restrictive covenants and administrative regulations, among many other matters.

Hampton earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1990.
