March 3, 2008

Fox Rothschild LLP has announced that three new lateral partners have joined the firm’s Los Angeles office. Jeffrey S. Kravitz, who comes from Silver & Freedman, will join the Litigation and Corporate Departments, respectively.

“These three partners offer an incredible amount of experience in their respective areas,” said Mark Silow, Fox Rothschild’s Administrative Partner and Chief Operating Officer. “To add Jeff, Martin and Donald to our firm is a great growth move for us in both the litigation and corporate areas. Together, these partners will help us expand our practices to gain an even stronger national footprint, and will add particular strength to our intellectual property and entertainment teams in Los Angeles. We’re pleased they’ve chosen to join Fox.”

Jeffrey Kravitz focuses on intellectual property and entertainment matters. His practice includes business and intellectual property litigation for copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition, media, libel, and trade secret law. Kravitz is a Board of Advisors member and outside counsel for the National Sports Marketing Network.

Prior to joining Fox, Kravitz was a partner in the intellectual property and entertainment practices at Silver & Freedman and at Lord Bissell & Brook LLP, where he was managing partner of the Los Angeles office from 1999-2002.

Kravitz received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1975, and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1972. He is admitted to practice in California.
