A multidisciplinary and multi-office team of attorneys from Fox Rothschild LLP represented Big Ass Solutions, manufacturers of the high-profile brand Big Ass Fans, in a half-billion-dollar deal with Lindsay Goldberg, a private equity firm.
The Fox team, led by Daniel L. Farris, co-chair of the firm’s Technology Group, and Ted D. Rosen, chair of the firm's New York Corporate practice, spearheaded negotiations on the deal.
Big Ass Solutions is the leading manufacturer of high-volume, low-speed industrial fans, lights, and control systems.
