Fox Rothschild Tax Attorneys To Present Free Seminar at PGA National Resort and Spa on Developments in Taxation and Wealth Planning

Attorneys from Fox Rothschild’s Taxation and Wealth Planning Department will be hosting a complimentary seminar on “Developments in Taxation and Wealth Planning” at the PGA National Resort and Spa on February 8 from 1 to 7 p.m. The seminar, created and tailored specifically for Florida professionals, will cover recent changes in tax law and review how these changes can impact clients.

Joseph J. Kulunas and Steven C. Levitt will present on “Ensuring the Domicile and Residence of Choice,” “Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Property,” “Gifting Strategies in Light of $5 Million Gift Tax Exemption,” and “Deferred Compensation Planning for Owners of Closely Held Businesses and Highly Compensated Individuals.” The day will end with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and networking.

Kulunas, a board-certified estate planning and probate lawyer, is the managing partner of the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He has published a number of professional articles in estate planning and taxation and has spoken before numerous professional organizations in these areas. Kulunas earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, his J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center and his B.S. from Florida State University.
