Fox Rothschild Welcomes Partner Michelle Witzany to Minnesota Real Estate Practice

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Michelle L. Witzany has joined the Minneapolis office as a partner in the Real Estate Department.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle to our Minneapolis office,” said Brad Keil, Fox’s Minneapolis office managing partner. “Our clients will benefit greatly from her extensive knowledge of HUD and Fannie Mae financing on multi-family housing projects. She’s a great addition to our growing housing finance and real estate practice.”

Witzany also brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, including work in property management and commercial lending.

Witzany holds memberships in Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and the Hennepin County Bar Association, where she participated in the 2016 Leaders Impacting the Nonprofit Community, a four-session continuing legal education program that provides training in nonprofit governance and an overview of the legal issues commonly faced by nonprofit organizations.

Witzany earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. cum laude from the University of South Florida.

Prior to joining Fox, Witzany was a shareholder at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A.
