Fox Rothschild Welcomes Prominent International Trade Duo to Washington, DC Office

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Lizbeth R. Levinson and Ronald M. Wisla have joined the firm.

With linguistic experience in both French and Spanish, Levinson, who joins Fox as a partner, works with clients across the globe, from multinational corporations to importers and retailers. She regularly handles antidumping matters for clients based in Argentina, China, Ecuador, India and Mexico.

Levinson also manages complex international and business matters, including countervailing duty investigations, safeguard measures, and cross-border patent and trademark infringement disputes under Section 337. She is well-versed in NAFTA and customs matters related to tariff classification of imported goods, valuation, prior disclosures and deemed liquidation issues.

Wisla, joining Fox as counsel, represents foreign governments, foreign manufacturers and U.S. importers before U.S. governmental agencies and federal courts as well as international organizations. He handles antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before the U.S. Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission and non-market economy cases from China and Vietnam.

Wisla’s clients include producers from Latin America, Europe and Asia – and their U.S. importers – of agricultural products, chemicals, textiles, metallurgical and industrial products, consumer goods and high technology products.

Levinson earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Wellesley College, magna cum laude.

Wisla earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law Center, with Honors, and his B.A. from the University of New York at Binghamton.

Prior to joining Fox, Levinson was a partner and Wisla was of counsel with Kutak Rock LLP.
