July 14, 2014 – Press Releases

In a move that bolsters the firm’s nationwide real estate department and its presence in the Philadelphia real estate market, Fox Rothschild is proud to welcome experienced attorney Dan Reiter as a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Reiter’s experience across a wide array of real estate, finance, energy and general corporate matters, together with his unwavering emphasis on client service, positions him well to represent a range of developers, owners and operators, lenders and investors, and a diverse group of other businesses and principals in connection with sophisticated real estate, finance and other transactional matters.

“Dan’s experience assisting various entities in the real estate market with a range of complex finance and transactional issues adds depth both to our Philadelphia office and to the firm nationally,” said Michael G. Menkowitz, managing partner of the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Reiter has represented local, regional, national and international developers in connection with a variety of real estate assets and real estate finance matters. He also represents landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of iconic, Class A buildings as well as space for restaurant, retail and residential use, and ground leases, master leases and other long-term, single tenant arrangements. Moreover, landlords and tenants routinely look to Reiter in connection with complex, highly sensitive lease disputes.

He has also served in an outside general counsel role to companies of widely varying size and market share across multiple industries.

Reiter received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006 and his A.B., magna cum laude, from Brown University in 2003.
