Fox Tax Attorneys Release 4th Edition Estate Planning Strategist

Jerome A. Deener, Debra T. Hirsch and Adam M. Grenker, partners with Fox Rothschild LLP, have released the 4th edition of the Estate Planning Strategist, a comprehensive treatise published by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE).

The latest edition has been updated with new materials and forms to enable tax practitioners to counsel clients and prepare documents in response to recent estate tax law changes. This includes their insights on planning ideas and alternatives, with emphasis on the changing thrust of estate planning practice following last year’s tax changes.
