Fox’s Dallas Office Welcomes Prominent Litigator C. Dunham Biles

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that C. Dunham Biles has joined the Dallas office as a partner in the Litigation Department.

David, Fox’s Dallas office managing partner. “He is a skilled trial attorney who has successfully tackled an array of complex business litigation involving antitrust and competition claims, banking and financial institutions matters, intellectual property issues and insurance defense disputes.”

Biles handles a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including antitrust, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, securities, fraud, fiduciary duties, Delaware appraisal rights, employment and executive compensation and environmental matters. His clients have included Fortune 100 companies, an infrared technology firm, the owners of a Las Vegas casino hotel and a major state university.

Biles has also represented financial institutions in consumer finance litigation matters, including fair debt collection, fair credit reporting, foreclosures and replevin matters. Additionally, he has successfully resolved public policy matters for clients involving immigration law, open records access and the Voting Rights Act.

Biles earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Fox, Biles was a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and previously a partner at Bickel & Brewer.
