Fox’s David Rasner Reappointed to Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that David S. Rasner, a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office, has been reappointed to the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners for a three-year term, effective April 1.

The Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners, authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, recommends the admission of individuals to the bar and the practice of law in the state of Pennsylvania. The board consists of seven members, each eligible to serve a maximum of two three-year terms. Rasner was first appointed to the board in July 2014.

Rasner, co-chair of the firm’s Family Law Group, focuses his practice on a wide range of family law issues, including adoptions, divorce and equitable distribution, child custody and international custody litigation, child support and visitation, alimony and equitable distribution of marital property, preparation of prenuptial agreements, tax impact of divorce, valuation of businesses and professional practices and family planning.

Rasner formerly served as chair of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee. He also contributes to Custody Law & Practice Custody in Pennsylvania and is a frequent speaker at Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE Programs.

Rasner received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, his M.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his B.A. from Temple University.
