Fox Rothschild’s recently launched Franchise Law Update blog covers topics including the Small Business Job Act of 2010, tips for start-up franchisers and a look at whether franchisers should help prospective buyers with financing.

The blog also discusses companies that try to get away with franchising their idea without complying with franchise laws.
