The New York bagel factory H&H Bagels is facing a possible eviction from its Manhattan plant. The building's landlord is a limited partnership controlled by H&H owner Helmer Toro.

Yann Geron, the trustee for the landlord, said he has hired a broker to sell the property.

"I think there's a real risk that the manufacturing company has a problem now because of the [eviction] warrant that's about the be issued," said Geron.

Geron said he was undecided on whether he would seek to execute a warrant and any decision would be tied to the property's sale and dependent on what's in the best interest of the creditors.

According to papers, the landlord owes nearly $600,000 in rent dating back to June 2009.
