Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce Randall L. Sidlosca joined as a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Department, based in the Miami office, as of January 1, 2015.
With more than two decades of experience in immigration law, Sidlosca represents clients in matters related to immigrant and non-immigrant visas, labor certification and priority worker petitions, dependent visas and employment authorization for spouses.
He has a particular focus on EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program matters, advising both businesses seeking EB-5 financing from foreign investors as well as representing foreign investors who want to obtain permanent residence in the United States by making an EB-5 investment.

Sidlosca advises companies in the health care, finance, hospitality and entertainment industries on the effects of immigration on corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. He assists employers in maintaining compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations, including matters related to employment verification requirements. He also develops compliance programs and has performed I-9 audits on behalf of his clients. In addition, Sidlosca assists individuals with personal immigration issues related to family immigration, exclusion and deportation, as well as with U.S. investment and tax-related immigration matters.
An active member of the Miami community, Sidlosca holds memberships in numerous law-related organizations, among them the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Dade County Bar Association. He has also frequently provided commentary and analysis to numerous media outlets, including CNN, The New York Times and The Miami Herald.
In addition to maintaining a thriving law practice, Sidlosca serves as an adjunct professor at Florida International University, a role he began in 1996. He was also previously an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law and Nova Miami-Dade Community College.
Sidlosca earned his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from Barry University.
