Jacqueline G. Segal, partner of Fox Rothschild LLP, was elected Assistant Secretary of the Philadelphia Bar Association on Dec. 7.

During her involvement in the Philadelphia Bar Association for more than 15 years, Segal served as the Board of Governors' Parliamentarian, a member of the Chancellor’s Cabinet, on the Board of Governors and as Chair of the Association’s Family Law Section. The 13,000-member Bar Association is America’s first chartered metropolitan bar association and Pennsylvania’s largest local bar association.

Segal concentrates her practice on family and domestic relations law, including divorce and equitable distribution, support and alimony, custody and child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and protection from abuse. She regularly represents clients in the nine-county area surrounding Philadelphia.

In addition to the Philadelphia Bar Association, Segal is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Chester County and Montgomery Bar Associations. She earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1990 and her B.M.E. from Temple University.
