Jeffrey M. Herskowitz, co-chair of the Real Estate Tax Appeals Practice at Fox Rothschild LLP, will join tax professionals for the upcoming discussion, “AVI Effects on the Philadelphia Market,” on June 5 at the Philadelphia office of Fox Rothschild.

The program, hosted by the Urban Land Institute, will cover Philadelphia’s tax structures and how Actual Value Initiative (AVI) will affect property owners, renters and those looking to purchase real estate in the future.

With more than 18 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law, Herskowitz handles matters involving real estate acquisition, lending and tax appeals, land use and development, contracts and leasing.
