Jeffrey Schlerf Named ABA Sports-Related Disputes Co-Chair

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey M. Schlerf has been appointed Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Sports-Related Disputes Subcommittee.

As Co-Chair, Schlerf will serve with Co-Chair Judge Joseph Iannazzone and Vice Chair Nick Sanchez, brother and agent of NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez.

Named as one of the leading restructuring attorneys in Delaware by Chambers USA, Schlerf focuses his practices on a variety of areas including financial restructuring; business advice and litigation; bankruptcy; debt restructurings; liquidations; loan workouts; mediation; and sports law.

Schlerf is an adjunct Professor of Law at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. He participates in many community organizations, including service on the Board of the Delaware Historical Society, the Grand Opera House and the Delaware Lawyer.
