Jeffrey T. Sultanik of Fox Rothschild Elected President-Elect Of the Pennsylvania School Solicitors’ Association

Jeffrey T. Sultanik, Chair of the Education Law Group of Fox Rothschild LLP, has been elected president-elect of the Pennsylvania School Solicitors’ Association, a division of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. Sultanik currently serves as Regional Director for the Solicitors’ Association.

In addition, Sultanik was elected to his fifth three-year term as a Trustee of Germantown Academy. He has been a Trustee of Germantown Academy for 12 years and is currently an officer of the independent school located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Sultanik is a co-chair of the school’s Committee on Trustees.

Sultanik, who resides in Fox Rothschild’s Blue Bell office, concentrates his practice in personnel and labor relations for municipal and school entities. He represents many school entities as School Solicitor. He also has broad experience in the private sector, representing companies of all sizes with union organizational campaigns and labor negotiations.

A sought-after speaker and author, Sultanik has authored more than 130 articles on education and labor law. A frequent media source for these issues, he has appeared on NBC 10 and local affiliates for CBS, ABC, and FOX. He has been cited in The New York Times, USA Today, The Washington Post, the Philadelphia Business Journal, The Legal Intelligencer, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the American School Board Journal, and the National School Boards Associations’ Inquiry and Analysis.

Active in the legal community, Sultanik is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys; the National School Boards Association, Council of School Attorneys; the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials; and the Society for Human Resource Management.
