Jerold E. Glassman Named Chairman of the Board and CEO of Boca West Country Club, Inc.

Jerold E. Glassman, a partner in the national law firm of Fox Rothschild, has been tapped to lead Boca West Country Club, Inc. as CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Glassman’s practice focuses in the area of traditional labor law. He represents employers throughout the United States and Canada, providing counsel that encompasses all aspects of the labor/management relationship, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, the administration of labor contracts and union avoidance. Glassman advises employers on long-term employment and labor law workforce strategies, including relocations, consolidations and mergers and acquisitions. Though not admitted to practice in Florida, he acts as a consultant to Fox’s West Palm office on federal and administrative issues in the area of labor and employment law.

Glassman is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1966 and his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1957.
