Justice Retires, Starts New Job

After serving New Jersey's judiciary for 34 years, the last 12 on the highest court, Virginia Long stepped down on March 1, having reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.

Long will join Fox Rothschild in Princeton as counsel and will co-chair its new alternative dispute resolution practice group with Vincent Poppiti. Long will also be leading the firm's pro bono efforts.
