Kevin Scott Speaks at Organizational Ethics Program for Colleges & Universities

Kevin B. Scott, chair of the Public Finance Practice at Fox Rothschild LLP, recently joined a panel of college and university presidents, compliance officers and board members for the discussion: “Organizational Ethics: Risk & Crisis Management Practices for Colleges & Universities.”

The panel was presented by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and was held at the Villanova University Conference Center on December 3.

The panel discussed best practices in governance, risk management and crisis management. They also cited recent case studies to show the importance of organizational ethics and how institutions can ensure protection in the face of a crisis.

Scott focuses his practice on assisting closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations in general corporate matters as well as municipal finance and mergers and acquisitions. He represents underwriters and other participants in tax-exempt financing, with an emphasis on health care and higher-education revenue bond financings.
