Lawyers Say Gaming May Be At Its Limit

Casinos in Pennsylvania may be booming, but lawyers who represent them and other gambling interests note their legal niche may be leveling off. At the moment however, there appears to be plenty of work in this field.

“We are extremely busy; I tend to go from one matter to another," said Nicholas Casiello Jr. "I do think that as we reach the point of saturation, all these casino companies are going to be more cost-sensitive, and therefore they will be like any other industry, spending less money on outside counsel."
